OPTION 1
♦ A mail client can be
configured with POP settings. This will ensure all email is
downloaded from the mail server. Contacts and calendars will
need to be imported into the mail
client.
♦ A mail client can be
configured with IMAP settings to download the email from the
server. To ensure G-MAIL communicates with the
settings in the client, IMAP will need to
be enabled on the Gmail Platform. This setup will synchronize all
account information between the mail client and the server.

OPTION 3
♦ You can log into
you Magic mail via the web
(http://webmail.orbitelcom.com). Once
successfully logged in, the new
server will capture the
password and authenticate it against
G-Mail. From there, the server will automatically IMAP the
data. Contacts will need to be imported.

♦ To save contacts, you will need
to
export the contacts from the G-Mail server
and
import to the Magic Mail server.
This will also
apply for
email clients.

♦ If you
are a
frequent user of
the Google
Calendar, it
may be
necessary to export the
calendar from
Gmail and 'possibly" import to the new mail client.
