- To
ensure contacts are saved, the address
book must be exported correctly.
Please follow the
instructions below to import the address book from G-Mail.
1. Start by logging into G-mail via a web browser.
2. On the left side of the screen, click the drop-down arrow next to Mail and select Contacts
3. When the Contacts screen appears, locate More and click the drop-down arrow and select Export
4. When the Export screen appears, ensure there is a dot next to "All Contacts" and under "Which export format" place the dot next to "Google CSV format (for importing into a Google account)"
5. Click the "Export" option and a pop-up screen will appear requesting to open or save the file. Choose "Save" and Click OK. Choose the location to save the file (If the location option does not appear, the file will most likely be saved in the downloads folder)
