1. Open Thunderbird Mail Client

2.  Select the Tools tab.

3. Select Account Settings

4. Add the following:

• Your name: Name appears in your account (e.g: John Doe)
• Email Address: Ex.myname@orbitelcom.com

 Select POP

5. Enter Incoming Mail Server
       Server name: mail.orbitelcom.com

6.  Click "Next"

7. Enter the Email Address for the incoming username and outgoing username

           
Add the following:

8. Enter a name for the email account

9. Verify your account information and click "Next"

10. In the Account Settings window, Verify the following information is correct

• Server name: mail.orbitelcom.com
• Port: 110
• User Name: Access Account UserID (e.g. mynam@orbitelcom.com)
• Security Settings(SSL): None
• Authentication method: Normal Password

 11.Click Outgoing Server, in the Account Settings Window. Click ADD and enter the following information.   

• Server Name: mail.orbitelcom.com
• Port: 587
• Connection security: None
• Authentication method: Normal Password
• UserName: Email Address (e.g: myname@orbitelcom.com)
  

12. Click Ok.
